RCHR High Resistance Thick Film Chip Resistors

Vishay / Techno RCHR High Resistance Thick Film Chip Resistors feature a three-sided wraparound termination style and high resistance values of up to 2GΩ. These resistors come in internationally standardized sizes with solder-coated nickel barrier terminations for design flexibility. The RCHR modules provide a maximum working voltage of 175V or 200V, a temperature coefficient of ±500ppm/°C, and a category temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. Vishay / Techno RCHR High Resistance Thick Film Chip Resistors offer automatic placement capability, and tape-and-reel packaging is also available. These modules are suitable for solderable, epoxy-bondable, and wire-bondable applications.
