LP2951-Q1 Low-Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators

Texas Instruments LP2951-Q1 Low-Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators are designed to accommodate a wide input supply voltage range of up to 30V. These regulators can deliver either a fixed or adjustable output from the same device. The LP2951-Q1 regulators include an error flag output that monitors the voltage at the feedback pin to indicate the status of the output voltage. These regulators consist of integrated thermal shutdown, current limit, and Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO) functions. The LP2951-Q1 regulators are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
