The Bourns 3-electrode 2018 surge arrestors are ITU K.12 Class III and IEC 61643-311 devices rated at 10kA on an 8/20µs waveform in an innovative flat-package design. The series is offered with DC breakdown voltages ranging from 90V to 500V and is available in horizontal surface-mount versions. Applications include telecom and industrial communications.
