TLP3149 Photorelays

Toshiba TLP3149 Photorelays combine a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light-emitting diode. These photorelays are packaged in a 4-pin SOP (2.54SOP4) with a 2.54mm lead pitch and 2.1mm height.
