DRV8870 3.6A Brushed DC Motor Drivers

Texas Instruments DRV8870 3.6A Brushed DC Motor Drivers are brushed-DC motor drivers for printers, appliances, industrial equipment, and other small machines. These drivers are available with two logic inputs to control the H-bridge driver, which consists of four N-channel MOSFETs. The DRV8870 MOSFETs can control motors bidirectionally with up to 3.6A peak current. The inputs can be Pulse-Width modulated (PWM) to control motor speed, using a choice of current-decay modes. The DRV8870 features integrated current regulation, based on the analog input V_REF and the voltage on pin ISEN. This is proportional to the motor current through an external sense resistor.
