IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

AL5887Q 36-Channel I2C/SPI LED Drivers

Diodes Incorporated AL5887Q 36-Channel I²C/SPI LED Drivers feature 36 programmable LED current channels, each with a 12-bit PWM for precise color and brightness control via an I²C or SPI interface. The Diodes Incorporated AL5887Q drivers support up to 12 RGB LED modules, divided into three programmable banks (A, B, C), allowing for software-driven color control. An external resistor adjusts the global output current for all channels, with each channel configurable up to 70mA, limited by the package’s thermal capacity. Key features include selectable I²C/SPI control via the INT_SEL pin, 30kHz 12-bit PWM for each channel, independent color and brightness control registers, ultra-low shutdown current, and easy programming. The device operates from -40°C to +125°C and comes in a W-QFN6060-52/SWP (Type A1) package.
