5 Series B Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes

Tektronix 5 Series B Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes (MSOs) provide better visibility into complex systems by offering up to eight FlexChannel^® inputs. The inputs measure one analog or eight digital signals per channel. These oscilloscopes feature a pinch-swipe zoom touchscreen user interface, a 15.6-inch high-definition (1,920 x 1,080) display, and a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Tektronix 5 series B MSOs also feature a waveform capture rate greater than 500,000wfms/s, eight maximum analog channels, and 64 maximum digital channels (with optional logic probes). Typical applications include DC-to-DC power converters, embedded systems, automotive electronics, and three-phase power electronics.
