Diodes Incorporated AP7387 Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators are 60V wide input voltage range, low quiescent current, and high PSRR linear regulators. These regulators feature a very fast line/load transient response against the rapid input voltage and load current changes. The AP7387 regulators consist of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current-limit circuit for current protection, Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), and Thermal Shutdown (TSD) protection. These voltage regulators are designed to drive 150mA output current and a typical 2μA quiescent current. The AP7387 regulators are available in 3V, 3.3V, 3.6V, and 5V fixed output voltage versions and in SOT23, SOT25, SOT89, and U-DFN2020-6 packages. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, smoke detectors and sensors, Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) battery management systems, microcontrollers, and home appliances.
