MASW-011144-DIE 20-40GHz SPDT PIN Switch

MACOM MASW-011144-DIE 20-40GHz SPDT PIN Switch is designed for K- and Ka-Band applications, like point-to-point radio and military devices. The MACOM MASW-011144-DIE uses one shunt PIN diode per RF channel. It is controlled through an on-chip bias network with a built-in current-limiting resistor, eliminating the need for external components. This switch utilizes MACOM's AlGaAs PIN diode technology, is passivated with silicon nitride, and includes a polymer layer for scratch protection. It also features backside metallization for epoxy die attachment.
