SA2-A High Voltage Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs)

Bourns SA2-A High Voltage Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs) are two-electrode devices designed to offer high insulation resistance over a wide temperature range. These GDTs are available with 3000V to 7200V typical breakdown voltages. The SA2-A GDTs feature 10GΩ minimum insulation resistance (@250VDC), 20V typical arc voltage (@5A), and 1pF maximum capacitance (@1MHz). These GDTs are AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant. The SA2-A GDTs are used in air conditioners, welders, projectors, power supplies, and street lights.
