This rectifier is available with guard ring for enhanced ruggedness providing long term reliability. The VS-10ETS12S rectifier meets JESD 201, AEC-Q101, and moisture sensitivity level-1 Standard. The VS-30BQ040HM3 surface-mount Schottky rectifier is designed for applications requiring a low forward drop and small footprints on PC boards. Applications include disk drives, switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, battery charging, and reverse battery protection.
