Nexperia BC807Qx PNP General Purpose Transistors feature high power dissipation capability, high current, and are available in leadless SMD plastic packages with side-wettable flanks. These transistors offer three current gain selections, 0.5mm low package height, and are suitable for Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) of the solder joint. The BC807Qx transistors operate at -50V collector-base voltage (VCBO), -45V collector-emitter voltage (VCEO), -500mA collector current (IC), and -700mV collector-emitter saturation voltage (VCEsat).
