FAN53527 Switching Voltage Regulator

onsemi FAN53527 Switching Voltage Regulator is a step-down switching voltage regulator with a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage supply range. onsemi FAN53527 Switching Voltage Regulator delivers 3A continuous at over 80% efficiency. The regulator is programmed through an I²C interface or operated in stand-alone mode with pin controls for enable, output voltage, and auto-PFM or forced PWM operation. This switching voltage regulator is available in a 15-bump, 1.310mm × 2.015mm × 0.4mm ball pitch WLCSP package. Typical applications include graphics, DSP processors, hard disk drives, smartphones, gaming devices, and tablets.
