MAAM-011326 Gain Amplifier

MACOM MAAM-011326 Gain Amplifier is a broadband, high dynamic range, low noise, and single-stage MMIC amplifier that operates from 0.5GHz to 6GHz frequency range. This gain amplifier delivers 19dBm output power, 21dB gain, and 34dBm OIP3 at 3GHz. The MAAM-011326 amplifier comes with 50Ω internal matching with return losses of 10dB at the input and 12dB at the output. This low-noise amplifier consumes 90mA from a 5V supply and only requires positive bias voltages. The MAAM-011326 amplifier comes in a lead-free 2mm 8-LD PDFN package. This single-stage MMIC amplifier operates from -40°C to 105°C temperature range and is RoHS compliant. Typical applications include instrumentation and communication systems.
