VCNL4040 Proximity & Ambient Light Sensor

Vishay VCNL4040 Fully Integrated Proximity & Ambient Light Sensors have a range of up to 20 centimeters. The sensors include an infrared emitter, photodiodes for ambient light and proximity sensing, and a signal conditioning IC. Vishay VCNL4040 features Filtron™ technology, Vishay's on-chip optical filtering for background light cancellation.
