ROHM Semiconductor SML-P14RWT86/-P14R3WT86 Standard LEDs are near-infrared surface-mount chip LEDs featuring AlGaAs packed with milky white diffused resin. These LEDs operate reliably with a forward current of 50mA (typical) and 200mA (peak), supporting applications across consumer and industrial sectors.
