STMicroelectronics EVLDRIVE102H nd EVLDRIVE102BH Evaluation Boards are three-phase inverters based on the STL220N6F7 power MOSFETs. These evaluation boards allow for a full evaluation of the features of the STDRIVE102H or STDRIVE102BH, a triple half-bridge gate driver.
