Qorvo QPA9901 High-Efficiency Amplifier is a linearizable power amplifier IC featuring a 2.11GHz to 2.2GHz frequency range, housed in a compact 5mm2 surface mount package. This Qorvo InGaP/GaAs HBT device delivers high performance across wideband frequencies with +35.6dBm P3dB while maintaining 32% PAE at 28dBm average operation power.
