Broadcom ALMD-xx3E LEDs have the same or slightly less luminous intensity than conventional high brightness, through-hole LEDs. The LED lamps can be assembled using common SMT assembly processes and are compatible with industrial reflow soldering processes. The LEDs are made with an advanced optical grade epoxy for superior performance in outdoor sign applications.
