AP2331TD Load Switches

Diodes Incorporated AP2331TD Load Switches are 0.2A single channel current-limited load switches with output transient discharge. These switches feature a fast short-circuit response time for improved overall system robustness and provide a complete protection solution for hot-swap applications. The AP2331TD load switches offer reverse current blocking, over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection. These switches also feature controlled rise-time and under-voltage lockout functionality. Typical applications include LCD TVs, set-top boxes, laptops, printers, and smartphones.
