EMC-Optimized NextPowerS3 MOSFETs

Nexperia EMC-Optimized NextPowerS3 MOSFETs are housed in highly efficient and space-saving LFPAK56 packages. These MOSFETs are Avalanche-rated. The NextPowerS3 MOSFETs support a maximum junction temperature of +175°C. These MOSFETs are EU RoHS-compliant. The NextPowerS3 MOSFETs feature a peak soldering temperature of +260°C and a -55°C to +175°C storage temperature range. Typical applications include DC-to-DC converters and brushless DC motor control.
