CY8CKIT-050 PSOC™ 5LP Development Kit

Infineon Technologies CY8CKIT-050 PSOC™ 5LP Development Kit evaluates, develops, and prototypes high-precision analog, low-power, and low-voltage applications powered by Infineon's CY8C58LP high-precision analog device family. This kit is specifically designed for analog performance, and the noise floor is very low. Care has been taken to separate the analog and the digital domains, and separate regulators and ground planes are available. This kit can also demonstrate the low-power operation of PSOC 5LP. The chip is soldered to the board to reduce leakage currents. Special terminals are provided to enable the boost converter operation without many modifications. Jumpers are provided to remove power to an RS232 converter and potentiometer. This allows a single regulator for analog and digital domains, which evaluates the low-power operation of PSOC 5LP. Its onboard programmer (Infineon USB chip-based) lets designers program PSOC 3/PSOC 5LP without connecting Miniprog3.
