IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

ZXLD1350 LED Driver With Internal Switch

Zetex ZXLD1350 has a 2.9mm x 2.8mm footprint TSOT23 5-pin package and a high level of component integration, allowing it to fit even the most space-starved application. With a 30V NDMOS switch and a high-side current-sensing circuit yielding a typical +/-4% precision current control, the ZXLD1350 only needs the support of four external circuit components. The product has a very low typical shutdown current of only 15µA, an operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, and supports a continuous supply voltage of 30V with surge voltages of 40V.
