TBU®-DF Dual Channel High-Speed Protectors

Bourns TBU®-DF Dual Channel High-Speed Protectors offer superior circuit protection and a peak impulse voltage range of 550V to 850V. These TBU protectors protect against faults caused by short circuits, overvoltage transients, and faults in battery cells. The series features MOSFET detection circuit triggering that provides an effective barrier to protect sensitive electronics from large voltages or currents during transient events. Bourns Dual Channel TBU High-Speed Protectors are ideal for RS-485 interfaces, general electronics, and factory automation applications.
