Schurter ASO 10.3mm x 38mm Fuse is a quick-acting solar fuse that protects photovoltaic (PV) modules, conductors, and similar DC-applications from the potentially detrimental effects of a low short circuit current up to 1000VDC. Constructed using wire bonding and a 10.3mm x 38 mm package, this high performance fuse offers a current range of 1A to 30A and is compatible with the CSO 10.3x38mm Fuse Clip. Designed to protect devices such as solar panels (strings), inverters, battery charges and combiner boxes from DC low short circuit current and overvoltage conditions in an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, Schurter's ASO 10.3mm x 38mm Fuse meets IEC 60269-6 and UL 2579 standard for PVS systems, and is qualified for use according to the latest gPV standards. In addition, the solar fuse is RoHs compliant and halogen-free.
