SMARTLED® 0603 Gen 2 LEDs

ams OSRAM SMARTLED^® 0603 Gen 2 LEDs are designed for electronic status indication and come in small package sizes. These LEDs are low-power LEDs and are available in blue, true green, yellow-green, yellow, red, and white colors. These color ranges meet the most signaling norms and standards. The SMARTLED LEDs feature an epoxy resin and Au-lead frame finish for excellent corrosion resistance. These LEDs offer a minimum 2kV Human-Body Model (HBM) InGaAlP Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) stable chips and an additional ESD of 8kV HBM for InGaN versions.
