Murata offers many types of automotive capacitors, including ceramic, polymer aluminum electrolytic, trimmer, supercapacitor (EDLC), single layer microchip, and variable.

KCA55 Automotive-Grade MLCCs

Murata KCA55 Automotive-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are Safety Standard Certified and meet AEC-Q200 requirements used for automotive electronics equipment. These Type MF devices offer a 1000VDC voltage rating with a capacitance range of 100pF to 10nF. Murata KCA55 MLCCs are available with metal frame terminations in a 6.1mm x 5.3mm x 2.8mm or 3.7mm footprint. These SMD/SMT capacitors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
