Qorvo Solutions for mmW 5G offer higher frequency mmW bands to expand network capacity and wireless use applications. These mmW bands operate over a significantly shorter range than lower frequency bands. This drives a significant increase in residential and commercial placements of short-range, smaller cell sites. QPA GaAs Low Noise Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA GaAs Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are designed for satellite communications and point-to-point communications. QPA LNAs feature P1dB of 19dBm (QPA2628 / QPA2628D) or 20dBm (QPA2626) and noise figures (NF) of 1.3dB (QPA2626), 1.6dB (QPA2628), or 1.7dB (QPA2628D). Frequency ranges for these QPA LNAs include 17GHz to 22GHz (QPA2626), 22GHz to 32GHz (QPA2628), and 25GHz to 31GHz (QPA2628D). Qorvo QPA GaAs Low Noise Amplifiers 2626 and QPA2628 come in a 4mm x 4mm QFN package for easy surface mount assembly. QPA2628D is the die form of QPA2628.
