DrMOS SiC8x Integrated Power Stages

Vishay / Siliconix Driver and MOSFET Module (DrMOS) SiC8x Integrated Power Stages are optimized for synchronous buck applications to provide increased current, efficiency, and power density performance. These silicon-carbide (SiC) power stages enable voltage regulator designs to deliver continuous current per phase. The SiC8x series enables up to 80A per phase current. The internal power MOSFETs utilize TrenchFET® Gen IV technology that delivers industry benchmark performance to lower switching and conduction losses. Vishay / Siliconix DrMOS SiC8x power stages incorporate an advanced MOSFET gate driver IC that offers high current driving capability, adaptive dead-time control, and an integrated bootstrap switch.
