PIM520 Grow Moisture Sensors (pack of 3)

Pimoroni PIM520 Grow Moisture Sensors (pack of 3) are designed for use with Grow HAT Mini or other devices. These capacitive moisture sensors work using Pulse-Frequency Modulation (PFM). The sensors are a lot less vulnerable to corrosion over time than old school resistive sensors, as there are no exposed electrodes. These sensors come with a handy indicator line to show how far they can be pushed into the soil. The grow moisture sensors can even have a little area so you can label them with plant names. These sensors can be used on their own with non-Raspberry Pi devices, as long as they are capable of monitoring pulses on an IO pin.
