TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1精確電壓監控器

Texas Instruments TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1精確電壓監控器具有可監控低至1.15V系統電壓的低靜態電流。當SENSE電壓降至低於預設閥值或手動重設(MR)引腳降至邏輯低電平時，該裝置會產生開漏RESET訊號。在SENSE電壓和手動重設(MR)恢復至高於各自閾值後，RESET輸出在使用者可調節延遲時間內保持在低位。 TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1系列採用精確參考，可實現1%的閾值精度。重設延遲時間可透過連接CT引腳至外部電容器，在40µs至30s之間由使用者調節。 TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1具有2.1µA的極低靜態電流，擁有1.5mm×1.5mm的小巧封裝尺寸，使本裝置充分適用於電池供電和空間受限型應用。本裝置完全涵蓋–40°C至+125°C (T_J)的溫度範圍。 TPS3890-Q1裝置具備汽車應用所要求的AEC-Q100資格。
