ADPA7005-EVALZ Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. ADPA7005-EVALZ Evaluation Board consists of a two-layer Printed Circuit Board (PCB) from a 10mil thick Rogers 4350B, copper-clad mounted to an aluminum heat sink. The heat sink provides thermal relief to the device and mechanical support to the PCB. The ADPA7005-EVALZ evaluation board has components suitable for use over the entire -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. The evaluation board requires equipment like an RF signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, 5V and 2A power supply, and -1.5V and 100mA power supply.
