Amphenol FCI BarKlip® Power Cable Assemblies
Amphenol FCI BarKlip® Power Cable Assemblies are OCP 48V-compatible power cable assemblies for open compute power distribution architectures. These cable assemblies offer 0.05mΩ ultra-low end-of-life contact resistance and high reliability. Additional features include 50 mating cycles and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The high current-carrying capabilities and customizable features enable use in a variety of power-dense data center applications. Typical applications for Amphenol FCI BarKlip Power Cable Assemblies include power shelves, baseband units (BBUs), server/storage sleds, and more.

- BK1000 and BK1200:
- Contacts with high-conductivity copper alloy
- Up to 1000A per contact (60°C/300LFM airflow) load and return, 2000A total (BK1000)
- Up to 1250A per contact (60°C/300LFM airflow) load and return, 2500A total (BK1200)
- 38 independent conducting beams and silver plating
- Ultra-low end-of-life contact resistance of 0.04mΩ maximum
- Braided flex cable
- High current-carrying capabilities while increasing space conservation
- Secondary chassis grounding contacts
- Safely provides supplemental grounding to the rack for system fault protection
- Ultrasonically welding between the wire and the contact
- Provides low voltage drop and high reliability
- Floating panel mount design
- Supports ±3mm float horizontally and vertically (BK1000)
- Supports ±3.25mm float horizontally and vertically (BK1200)
