Littelfuse SP4208 TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP4208 TVS Diode Arrays provide unidirectional protection against ESD and bidirectional protection against lightning-induced surge events (minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC 61000-4-2 International Standard). The AEC-Q101 qualified TVS diodes fit 0805 footprints and can safely absorb up to 30A per IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition (tp=8/20μs) without performance degradation. The Littelfuse TVS diode arrays feature low loading capacitance and high surge capability. These qualities make the SP4208 series ideal for high-speed data interfaces such as Ethernet, USB 1.1/2.0, power ports, and medical equipment.
