Mikroe MIKROE-3299 Knob G Click

Mikroe MIKROE-3299 Knob G Click combines a high-quality quadrature rotary encoder and an LED ring of 24 individual green LEDs. The Mikroe rotary encoder outputs are processed by a debouncing circuitry, ensuring reliable switching action. This functionality makes the encoder directly usable in interrupt service routines (ISR) without needing a bulky debouncing code. The Knob G Click features a 24-segment LED ring driven by an advanced and flexible PCA9956B LED driver IC from NXP. The PCA9956B LED driver IC helps dim each LED individually and allows various lighting effects to be programmed.

The Knob G Click board incorporates a Nexperia 74HC3G14DC Schmitt trigger and also features constant current through LEDs that a single resistor can select. This click board™ is an ideal solution for building various HMI applications. The Knob G click board is supported by a mikroSDK-compliant library which includes functions that simplify software development.
