Flow Meters
These compact flow meters measure the volumetric flow rate of water in a pipe, providing highly accurate readings. The meters also calculate the accumulated volume and automatically turn on/off with flow. The meters monitor pipe flow rates from 0.4L/min to 100L/min up to 99,999 liters and water temperatures up to +80°C.

Industrial Cooling Distribution Modules
ATS industrial cooling distribution modules (iCDMs) feature a stand-alone liquid loop system in a ventilated box containing a heat exchanger, pump, reservoir, and controls. Users can attach a cold plate or heat removal mechanism for easy deployment. The lineup includes 10kW and 20kW models.

Heat Exchangers
The tube-to-fin, liquid-to-air heat exchangers are constructed with high-density cooling fins, maximizing heat transfer from liquid to air and cooling the liquid to lower temperatures than similar heat exchangers. The fins and tubes are made of copper and stainless steel to work with various coolants. Sizes range from 5.8" to 21.9" in length and 5.8" to 14" in width.

Leak Detectors
ATS leak detectors feature automatic shut-off valves that detect water leaks in liquid cooling systems, shutting off the valve and sounding an alarm. The devices offer an end-of-filter life alert for water-based systems with filtration. Models come with plastic or brass valves, suitable for pressures up to 116psi.

Cold Plates & Liquid Cooled Heat Sinks

Liquid-Cooled Heat Sinks
These liquid-cooled heat sinks (LQHS) combine an active fan with internal coolant channels, offering at least three times higher thermal performance than fan-assisted heat sinks without liquid loops. The LQHS devices provide continuous cooling for high-heat components like CPUs, GPUs, and AI processors. A heat exchanger can be added for even higher cooling levels.

Standard Cold Plates
When air cooling is inadequate, cold plates deliver localized cooling for power electronics by transferring heat to a liquid. Compared to commercial options, ATS liquid cold plates improve thermal performance by over 30%. The plates are leak tested at 100psi and are compatible with industry-accepted coolants, making them ideal for high-powered electronics.

Dual-Sided, High-Flow Cold Plates
ATS dual-sided high-flow cold plates allow mounting on both sides, enhancing cooling performance for high-demand applications. These dual-sized cold plates accommodate coolant flows up to 4GPM and achieve thermal resistance as low as 0.0021°C/W.

DIY Cold Plates
Offering the same thermal performance as ATS standard cold plates, these do-it-yourself (DIY) cold plates provide design flexibility. Holes can be drilled in the plate to match specific device connections, with an etched no-drill zone for safety.

Tubed Cold Plates
Tubed cold plates offer cost-effective cooling for low to moderate heat loads where air cooling is insufficient. These plates feature press-fit copper tubes in an aluminum base and no thermal insulators. Manufactured in the US, the plates handle up to 200psi and are compatible with all industry-accepted coolants.

Chillers

Chillers (TEC)
The TEChill family uses thermoelectric technology to control fluid temperatures in liquid cooling systems. These durable chillers are environmentally friendly and powerful, with cooling capacities up to 4kW. Both models have a 2L water tank and operate between +5°C to +70°C.

Chillers (Recirculating)
These air-cooled, recirculating vapor compression chillers precisely and continuously modulate coolant temperature using PID controllers. With 150W, 300W, and 600W cooling capacities, the devices chill fluids between 0°C and +40°C. The chillers feature LED displays and built-in safety protections, making them ideal for labs and industrial applications.

Chillers (Immersion)
ATS immersion chillers offer immersion-based fluid temperature control with high flexibility and efficiency. The evaporator, on a 1.6m hose, is submerged in the fluid tank for heat extraction. The iM202 model cools fluids to -20°C, with a cooling capacity of 800W at 0°C and 400W at -20°C. Temperature stability is ±0.5°C.
