The SOM-E780 extension builds on the capabilities of the standard COM-HPC Server Size E to deliver server-grade performance with an optimized and proprietary pin-out. The integrated EPYC CPU with up to 64 cores supports up to 512GB of memory with four DDR4 RDIMM/LRDIMM slots and 79 PCIe Gen4 lanes while maintaining an efficient 220W power consumption. The SOM-E780 COM-HPC Size E board from Advantech offers multiple I/O expansion options and supports iManager, embedded software APIs, WISE-DeviceOn, and IPMB.
