Amphenol LTD RAPTOR Connectors

Amphenol LTD RAPTOR Connectors are designed for high-voltage and high-current systems in e-flight, electric vertical take-off and landing (e-VTOL), and hybrid applications. These connectors offer partial discharge-free performance at an operating voltage of 2kVAC (rms) at 30,000 feet, making them suitable for use with batteries, generators, motors, and power distribution units. RAPTOR connectors are built on the existing proven Amphenol LTD Rhino series for ground power applications, re-engineered for aerospace, and utilize the TALON contacts that offer an increased temperature capability of up to +200°C. With the IP68 sealing and an anti-decoupling ratchet mechanism on the coupling ring, these RAPTOR connectors ensure a reliable connection even under high vibration. Amphenol LTD RAPTOR Connectors offer excellent EMC performance and a high-voltage insulation system, meeting the future demands of high-power E-flight systems.

Amphenol LTD Raptor Connectors include a 90° plug that offers a right-angle exit for enhanced space savings. These low-profile 90° connectors maintain the same high performance as the standard inline plug.
