Analog Devices Inc. ADuM36xN 6-Channel Digital Isolators
Analog Devices Inc. ADuM36xN 6-Channel Digital Isolators are based on the iCoupler® technology. These isolators combine Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology to offer excellent performance characteristics. The ADuM36xN isolators feature a 10ns maximum propagation delay with a pulse-width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V. These isolators also feature a 150Mbps maximum guaranteed data rate for 5V operation, 180kV/μs typical high common-mode transient immunity, and a 2.25V to 5.5V level transition range.
The ADuM36xN isolators' data channels are independent and are available in multiple configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3kVRMS. These isolators are available in a 16-lead, RoHS-compliant, and QSOP package. The ADuM36xN isolators are used in PWM controller signal isolation, Serial-Peripheral Interface (SPI) data converter isolation, and general-purpose multichannel isolation applications.
