Applied Motion M5 AC Servo Motors & Drives

Applied Motion M5 Servo Motors and Drives integrate servo motors and drive control into a streamlined motion solution for industrial environments. The series is designed to simplify setup and reduce commissioning time, enabling engineers to quickly deploy motion systems across a wide range of applications. Suitable applications include solar, battery, semiconductor, medical, and industrial automation equipment.

High Power Density Servo Motors
These servo motors feature a magnetic design for high power density and low cogging torque. Specifications include a 100W to 3kW power range, up to 11.5Nm of continuous torque, and five frame sizes: 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, and 130mm. Applied Motion servo motors can deliver a 300% torque boost and reach up to 6000RPM.

Precise Control Servo Drives
Compatible with absolute multi-turn 17-, 21-, and 26-bit encoders for accurate positioning, these drives also feature intuitive software with auto-tuning, notch filter, mechanical analysis, vibration suppression, an oscilloscope tool, and more. The drives feature command-tracking algorithms that reduce tracking errors during acceleration, deceleration, and steady-state travel, as well as adaptive and advanced control algorithms.
