Bourns 4116R Resistor Networks & Arrays
Bourns 4116R Resistor Networks and Arrays feature a 10Ω to 10MΩ resistance range and operate at 100V voltage with superior package integrity. These devices are compatible with automatic insertion equipment and arrays offer a 2.25W power rating at 70°C, and 200 VRMS dielectric withstanding voltage. The 4116R resistor networks and arrays meet the requirements of the MIL-STD-202 and operate from -55°C to 125°C temperature range. These devices are used for voltage division and pull-up/pull-down resistors.
R/2R Thick Film Networks
The R/2R thick film networks feature a 100Ω to 1MΩ resistance range. These networks provide surface mount and through-hole mounting methods and are available in SIP and DIP packages. The R/2R thick film networks are RoHS compliant.
