Bourns CDSOD323-T05S-Q and CDSOD323-TxC-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes offer AEC-Q101 compliance and are available in bidirectional or unidirectional configurations. The SOD323 package size is designed for surge and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection applications. These diode arrays protect one line or one I/O port of data lines and DC power supplies.
