Delta IA LD-E Laser Displacement Sensors
Delta IA LD-E Laser Displacement Sensors are designed with CMOS sensors and laser triangulation for contactless detection to determine object distance, size, and displacement. These sensors support measurement ranges of 25mm to 700mm and offer linearity of ±0.1% to ±0.3%. The LD-E sensors include digital I/O and Modbus RS-485 communication for seamless integration. These displacement sensors achieve 1.5ms high-speed response times with three adjustable speed options. Delta IA LD-E sensors are ideal for thickness and width measurement, height, position, flatness, gradient, gap, distance, and runout detection. Typical applications include front-to-back detection of electrical parts, review of O-ring presence or absence, overlap detection, and detection of PCB parts presence or absence.
