Diodes Incorporated AP22975AQ Power Switch ICs
Diodes Incorporated AP22975AQ Power Switch ICs are single-channel 6V/6A low RON load switches with adjustable soft-start and active output discharge path in a compact size. These ICs include an N-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.6V to 5.7V and support up to 6A continuous current. The AP22975AQ power switches feature a low RON of typical 16mΩ to minimize power loss and a low quiescent current of typical 37μA for energy efficiency. These switches can adjust the turn-on time via an external capacitor, which helps control inrush current. The AP22975AQ switches also integrate Quick Output Discharge (QOD), thermal shutdown protection, and support multiple logic enable levels for flexible system control. Additionally, these power switch ICs are AEC‑Q100 qualified and operate across a wide temperature range -40°C to 125°C, ensuring reliability in automotive environments.
