Diodes Incorporated AP7370 Ultra-Low Drop-Out (ULDO) Regulators

Diodes Incorporated AP7370 Ultra-Low Drop-Out (ULDO) Regulators are 300mA positive voltage regulator ICs. These regulators feature a wide input voltage range, high accuracy, current limit, reverse current protection, and ultra-low quiescent current. The Diodes Incorporated AP7370 regulators incorporate a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network for setting output voltage, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit. These regulators are available in 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.8V, 3V, 3.3V, 3.6V, and 5V fixed output voltage versions. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, laptops, palmtops, notebook computers, portable information appliances, metering, and weighing scales.
