Diodes Incorporated PI3DBS16213 Multiplexer Switch

Diodes Incorporated PI3DBS16213 Multiplexer Switch is a 2 Differential Channel, 3:1 Mux/De-Mux Switch IC. The Diodes Incorporated PI3DBS16213 can switch multiple signal types up to a data rate of 20Gbps. Using a unique design technique, the PI3DBS16213 Switch offers minimal impedance, significantly reducing attenuation. The unique design also provides a layout targeted for USB3.0, USB3.1, 10GE, PCIe4, Thunderbolt 3, and SAS3.0 signals, which minimizes the channel-to-channel skew as well as channel-to-channel crosstalk as required by high-speed signals.

The PI3DBS16213 is in compact TQFN-30 and X1QFN-24 packages, ideal for space-constrained applications.
