Johanson Technology 7200AT14A2000002T 7.22GHz RF Chip Antennas are AEC-Q200-qualified 0603 chip antennas with an operating frequency range of 6.2GHz to 8.24GHz. These Johanson RF ceramic chip antennas are manufactured using Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) technology, which enables the embedding of low and high dielectric constants within an antenna. This technology enables the 7200AT14A2000002T to have high detuning resilience and stability over extreme temperatures (~2ppm). This chip antenna is designed for ultra-wideband (UWB) systems and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
