GeneSiC Semiconductor 1700V SiC Schottky MPS™ Diodes

GeneSiC Semiconductor 1700V SiC Schottky MPS™ Diodes feature a high-temperature operation with low power losses. With high system reliability and system efficiency, the 1700V SiC Diodes are easy to parallel without thermal runaway.

The GeneSiC 1700V SiC Schottky MPS Diodes offers a forward current range of 5A to 150A and a power dissipation range of 190W to 1625W. The 1700V SiC MPS Diodes are available in TO-263-7, TO-247-2, and SOT-227 packages. The 1700V SiC Diodes are ideal for solar inverters, switched-mode power supplies, motor drives, and high-frequency rectifier applications.
