Greenliant GLS87 SATA M.2 ArmourDrive™ SSDs Solid State Drives (SSDs) are designed with an industry-standard M.2 Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) host interface in 2242 and 2280 form factors. The GLS87 SSDs are available with 1-bit-per-cell (SLC, EX Series) or 3-bit-per-cell (TLC, PX Series) 3D NAND configurations. ArmourDrive SSDs designed with Greenliant’s EnduroSLC™ Technology can reach ultra-high write endurance of 300K program/erase (P/E) cycles. The GLS87 SSDs come with advanced NAND management technology that enhances data reliability, security, improves endurance, and estimates the remaining life of the NAND flash devices.
