Guerrilla RF GRF6412 Digital Variable Gain Amplifier (DVGA)

Guerrilla RF GRF6412 Digital Variable Gain Amplifier (DVGA) is a SPI-controlled, 31.75dB range amplifier that provides precise stepping in 0.25dB increments. This amplifier uses a serial interface that utilizes three externally defined address bits, allowing up to 8 unique devices to share a common SPI bus. Additionally, the GRF6412 includes a special Rapid Fire™ selection pin that allows the device to be switched to a predefined attenuation state immediately. This gain amplifier’s CLK, SI, LE, RFA, and ID pins include weak pull‑up resistors that bias the signals to approximately 2.5V. The GRF6412 DVGA is ideal for wireless infrastructure,  automotive cellular and V2X compensators, and high-performance gain trim and AGC loops.
